The 1510 is eligible as hand luggage on most airlines, but if the baggage handlers do get their hands on it you can be confident it will survive anything they throw at it (or throw it at).
The case has a retractable handle and wheels, as well as two standard rubber over-moulded handles which make it very easy to travel with.
